 I've just finished The Pragmatic Programmer - from journeyman to master by Andrew Hunt and David Thomas. My edition of this book is its 20th printing, which in itself is a good indication of its popularity. First published in 2000 it has since become a classic - I'm not sure how a book gets to become a classic in just a few years, many books take hundreds of years to do so, I guess it must be something to do with the accelerated pace to which the IT industries heart beats.
Anyway - here is my review.

 Okay, I've got a website with some traffic going to it, can I turn that traffic into cash. Up until now my Google ads generate me enough revenue to purchase a chocolate bar every few days (mmmmmm, chocolate). It must be the case that this can be improved upon - after all I have to go with out chocolate every other day, which is plainly unaccecptable. Love it (there is bound to be someone) or hate it, the with statement is here to stay - and many would prefer it to stay away. I'm somewhat ambivalent and use it if it suits me on the day. In this movie we'll see an example of using the with statement, and an example of somewhat unexpected consequences. This movie is a bit under 8 minutes long.
